Company is employee owned and does all type s of commercial building construction- negotiated work. Candidates should have North Carolina experience as a divisional manager or senior executive. Someone who has functioned as a president previously would be ideal. Must have good communication skills, leadership skills and management skills. The owner is retiring and requires a successor.
